Niclas Kristensen is currently 22 years of age, and plays soccer at Webber International University, in Babson Park, Florida. Kristensen hails from Frederikssund, Denmark, but knew his options were limited back home. Niclas was looking for the ultimate opportunity to combine athletics and academics, therefore when he was offered a scholarship at Monroe Community College, in Rochester, New York, it was hard to refuse. Kristensen caught a flight out to New York in a heartbeat.

14 Years of Loyal Service

Niclas started playing for his local club (Frederikssund IK) at the age of 5, through until the age of 19. Despite playing in the youth team for the majority of his career at Frederikssund, he played several games for the first team. While the game was technically challenging in Denmark, Kristensen knew he needed to secure an education but still wanted to play, thus the United States was the place for him.
